A Message From the President

A Message from William P. Krause, CLU, ChFC, President

I’m proud and excited to serve as NAIFA-Pennsylvania President for 2009-2010.

I’m proud of the good work performed by our members in their local associations. And I’m excited to share the NAIFA message with everyone in our industry. 

During my year as President, I want to pay particular attention to our Young Advisors Team (YAT). The agent force is growing older and many are approaching retirement age. More than ever, we need young people to enter the insurance business, to serve those who need our products, and to be successful in their practice. YAT is our future! We need to do all we can to encourage efforts to bring the “under 40” group into our profession and into NAIFA.

NAIFA-Pennsylvania’s local associations are the lifeblood of the organization. It is at the local level where NAIFA members participate in networking opportunities, continuing education, idea exchanges and community service. NAIFA-Pennsylvania is committed to maintaining and supporting strong local associations. 

As President, one of my goals is to bring excitement to our organization. Won’t you join me in sharing that excitement to your fellow association members and to those agents who are not yet members?
