- Million Dollar Round Table track: Three separate sessions of high-level planning ideas from two of NAIFA-PA's own MDRT members, Brian Walsh and George Shadie. These sessions are aimed at advisors at all levels of their careers!

- Multiline track: Property/casualty agents have a track designed especially for them. Hear Rennie Rodarmel, Allstate agent from Williamsport, describe how he took his agency from zero to $12 million. Other sessions include a presentation from the National Flood Insurance Program and a workshop on identifying and combating property/casualty fraud in your agency, presented by Joshua Tison of the PA Attorney General's office.

- Practice Management track: Robert Scott, managing partner and business coach with CoachFirm, will present three sessions that will help you take your practice from good to great! The session topics are: "Feast or Famine" (How to grow your business during a recession), "Building a Focused Service Team" (How to get the most out of your people), and "Complacency - The Silent Killer" (The five warning signs you must not ignore).

The Insurance and Financial Advisors Political Action Committee (IFAPAC) is a term used to describe collectively the PAC sponsored by NAIFA at the federal level and the PACs sponsored by each state association. In the last election cycle, the national IFAPAC and the 50 state IFAPACs contributed approximately $2.5 million to federal and state candidates and committees.
